• Manage and develop relationships with distributors/agents and end customers
• (F&B, pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, animal feed, consumer goods).
• Understand customer needs and propose the right technical solutions (robot palletizers, conveyor systems, automation).
• Prepare quotations, technical presentations, and lead negotiations through to project closure.
• Coordinate with the technical and management teams to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular customer and site visits to identify new business opportunities

Requirement:

• Strong engineering background (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related)
• Experience in automation, robotics, conveyor systems, or industrial equipment preferred.
• Existing network in F&B, pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, and animal feed industries is highly valued.
• Having network or experience working with EPC contractors or other machine makers related to these industries is a strong plus.
• Programming skills (PLC, C programming, or automation software) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and technical presentation skills, with strong negotiation ability.
• Willing to travel domestically as required.
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
